Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at TSS Janitorial. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
