**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine work procedures
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls
  • Inspect and examine machinery, identifying irregularities and malfunctions
  • Adjust and repair machinery, replacing defective parts as needed
  • Operate machine tools to fabricate parts for machinery overhaul and maintenance
  • Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install processing equipment
  • Optimize equipment for safety, efficiency, and reliability
  • Comply with food safety, health and safety, and environmental procedures
  • Service, clean, and perform preventative maintenance on production and bakery equipment
  • Improve equipment function through design improvements
  • Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area

**Requirements:**

  • Industrial Millwright 433A license
  • 4-5 years of industrial mechanical experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in the food industry or high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Valid driver's license
