Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at CGR Employment Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
