Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Elk Point Cafe & Business Centre Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and displaying products
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
