Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist - Technical Expert to join our team at Netselfinc. As a key member of our validation team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in LabVantage and its supporting technologies to drive automation initiatives and improve our laboratory informatics systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using LabVantage and its modules to streamline laboratory processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategic plans to implement these solutions.
  • Design and develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and work with database administrators to optimize database performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to colleagues on automation best practices and LabVantage configuration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our laboratory informatics systems remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in regulated industries, specifically in processes managed by laboratory informatics systems and technologies.
  • Proven technical analysis skills, including the ability to map and translate lab requirements to LIMS functions through configuration and programming.
  • Proficiency in LabVantage, Crystal Reports, Postgres or MS SQL databases, xSQL, and server-side scripting languages.
  • Understanding of application architecture, static and dynamic data, version management, and lab workflows.
  • Degree or experience in a STEM field and applied knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV).
