We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Carbone Restaurant Group LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial and operational success of our restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Allocate financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Operational Oversight: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, and establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Leadership and Development: Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions.
- Representation and Communication: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
- Skills: Excellent financial management and analytical skills, with the ability to work with MS Excel, MS Office, and other financial software.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Work Setting: Various locations within the restaurant chain.
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
