About the Role

As a Parts Warehouse Person at Toromont Cat, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our parts warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be to process shop and customer orders, receive and process stock, and deliver parts to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process shop and customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Receive and process stock, including inventory management and control
  • Deliver parts to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Perform daily functions of the parts operations, including parts warehouse duties as necessary
  • Ensure customers' needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Help maintain the parts physical and electronic inventory
  • Provide on-call service on weekends for emergency parts orders on a rotating basis
  • Safely operate lift truck
  • Assemble hoses
  • Packaging and shipping of dangerous goods
  • Assist with the organization and control of inventory
Requirements
  • Minimum secondary education
