Cleaning Operations Manager

As a Cleaning Operations Manager at VM 360 CLEANING SERVICES, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be working closely with our team to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees, including newcomers and refugees. You will also be responsible for providing diversity and cross-cultural training to create a positive and respectful work culture.
