The Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton Kent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations and Clinical Leadership to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing overall clinical leadership and operational oversight to all programs and services at our Chatham Kent sites.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring effective management of programs and services.
- Manage direct reports, including delegation of work, establishing job performance measures, day-to-day supervision, and performance management.
- Develop and implement operational goals and objectives to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Operational Oversight
- Monitor site operational budgets and ensure effective utilization of human resources.
- Develop and implement operational plans, including the development of organizational performance measurements to monitor attainment of operational goals and objectives.
- Collaboration and Partnerships
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization on internal and external advisory committees, task forces, and community projects.
- Education and Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Social Work or related discipline with a current registration, Master's Degree in Nursing with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, a Registered Social Worker or Registered Nurse with 10+ years of clinical management experience.
- Advanced practice and leadership experience in community mental health service delivery at a senior leadership level.
- Certification in Healthcare Management, leadership, or clearly demonstrated experience at a senior management level would be considered an asset.
- Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who is proficient in both official languages.
