Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator & Practice Lead to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical consultation, program leadership, and quality assurance and improvements. You will also be responsible for disseminating best practices through education and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and program leadership to ensure high-quality care and services
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance the quality of care and services
- Disseminate best practices through education and training to healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure compliance with professional, legal, and organizational requirements
- Advocate for resources and funding to support quality initiatives
Requirements
- Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and registered with BCCNM
- 5 years of healthcare experience, including 5 years of adult education or clinical instruction
- 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for long-term care experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change
