Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and control systems
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Recommend products or services to customers
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Use sales forecasting software
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
