We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at 15214602 CANADA INC. as a key member of our accounting department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage benefits and other employee-related expenses.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in English.
