About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Intermediate Landscape Architect to join our team at WSP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the landscape architecture or urban design industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Asana, Trello, or MS Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
