Join Vancouver Coastal Health as a Senior Executive for Clinical Operations

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Vice President of Coastal Community of Care and take charge of the strategic oversight and management of essential clinical programs and services across the region. Your primary objective will be to enhance health-system integration while ensuring the delivery of client-centered care that supports the health and well-being of individuals and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the integration of acute and community healthcare systems to prioritize client-focused care
  • Developing a robust quality framework and governance structure
  • Championing the needs of clinicians and patients in capital initiatives
  • Building partnerships with First Nations communities and Indigenous organizations
  • Fostering a culture of inclusivity and patient-centered care

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in clinical practice, ideally in nursing, coupled with extensive leadership experience in a multifaceted healthcare setting. You should be adept at implementing quality and safety initiatives across diverse care modalities and communities.
