Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Enter guest rooms in accordance with company procedures and ensure vacancy before entering.
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies, including linens and towels.
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
  • Check appliances and furniture for cleanliness and functionality.
  • Dust and polish surfaces, including walls, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
  • Follow company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Properly store flammable materials.
  • Maintain uniform and personal appearance.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
  • Support team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.

Pay Range

$23.76 to $29.70 per hour.
