We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst - Market Insights to join our team at Lactalis Canada. As a key member of our market insights team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports that support strategic decision-making across all retail business accounts.
This role involves ensuring the delivery of consistent and accurate data, aligned with metrics agreed upon with key stakeholders to establish a single source of truth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a reporting portal for One Lactalis, helping to centralize all data needs.
You will also assist and lead portions of the Shopper Study within Lactalis' insights team and communicate global insights to cross-functional teams. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you combine internal and external sources of data to analyze market trends and develop intelligence regarding market share and performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, as well as experience with BI reporting tools and workflow automation.
