Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the CAN Health project, a collaborative initiative between Communitech and CAN Health. The successful candidate will oversee the project's deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure timely and within-scope execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project deliverables, ensuring timely and within-scope execution
  • Foster collaboration between Communitech, CAN Health, and other stakeholders
  • Implement and manage a multi-stakeholder governance model to track project performance, budgets, risks, and timelines
  • Lead planning and execution phases, breaking down high-level deliverables into actionable tasks
  • Communicate with stakeholders, lead cross-organizational groups, and prioritize deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
  • Host regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address project updates
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and budget overviews
  • Proactively address potential project issues and roadblocks
  • Communicate goals, responsibilities, and performance expectations to the team
  • Track and analyze project performance, expenditures, and report on current or potential issues
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with PMP certification or experience with methodologies such as Prince2
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with high reporting requirements
  • Experience working with executives and multi-stakeholder engagements
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Experience in healthcare an asset
  • Experience working with CRM tools and project management/workflow tools
