About the Role:

As a Program Coordinator with Fraser Health Authority, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of care in designated service areas. This involves planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and accessibility of care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates patient/client care assignments and provides information and consultation to program staff and students.
  • Establishes clinical priorities, assigns and adjusts work assignments, ensures necessary resources are available, and promotes a positive team environment.
  • Participates in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of staff; provides leadership by developing, implementing, and evaluating staff orientations, in-service education, and placement of students for clinical practice experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing plus four years' recent, clinical experience in individual, family, and group modalities of practice in mental health/psychiatry/substance use disorders as per the assigned clinical area.
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Valid B.C. Driver's license and access to personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
