We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Alpha Living DIY Homes Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and warehouse departments, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and coordinate projects and programs across the organization
  • Evaluate daily operations and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including the review of purchase order claims and contracts
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Manage contracts and review and process claims against suppliers
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information and the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management on procurement-related matters
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • 35 hours per week
