About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at RAJDHANI SWEETS & RESTAURANT. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, determining food portion sizes and costs, and planning menus to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that showcase our restaurant's unique ethnic cuisine, taking into account food allergies and intolerances.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
