Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Intellibus Ventures LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in the fintech industry.

About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of application reliability, automation, cloud enablement, data platforms, user experience, and developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the technology strategy and roadmap for the company
  • Lead a diverse team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals to build and maintain our cutting-edge financial platforms
  • Drive the adoption of standards and best practices across the organization
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Monitor technology performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
  • Drive research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), programming languages (Java, Python), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large technical teams, drive strategic initiatives, and manage complex projects
What We Offer

Intellibus Ventures LLC offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $225,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
