Job Description

We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineering Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our technology organization and leading a high-performing team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver complex customer-facing solutions
  • Anticipate and mitigate technical risks, and provide escalation management as needed
  • Work with the product management team to continuously improve our product development methodologies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a senior management or director-level role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technology teams
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-native, web, mobile, and continuous delivery technologies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
