Workflow Build Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Build Specialist to join our team at MEDITECH. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the standard blueprint for MEDITECH as a Service (MaaS) customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with MEDITECH and customers to implement MaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration and standard build adherence.
- Master system setup through training and deep understanding of build and content needs, ensuring consistency across all implementations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and collaboration skills, working closely with Workflow & End User Experience Analysts to anticipate customer needs and guide build towards common workflows and standard content adoption.
- Lead key build and overall milestones within the MaaS implementation, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Participate in educating and certifying Workflow & End User Experience Analysts on MaaS implementations, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support customers effectively.
- Assist with end-user education and live support for MaaS customers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and challenges by researching and reporting on various topics, ensuring MEDITECH remains at the forefront of EHR building and usability.
- Act as a resource for the entire group, providing expert advice and guidance on build and usability matters.
- Maintain strong communication with group supervisors and managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Initiate continued improvement and evolution of standard/common dictionaries, working closely with the Workflow Analyst to create supporting documentation.
- Promote the mission of MEDITECH as a Service within the implementation group, inspiring coworkers and customers to achieve excellence.
- Provide assistance to staff members on build, planning, organizing, and facilitating on-site customer visits, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred and/or 2-3 years of applicable work or military experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to work with demanding and complex customers.
- Self-motivation and ability to take on multiple projects, conduct webinar training/presentations, and independently recognize areas for further improvement or focus.
- Flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to maintain a wide variety of responsibilities and workload.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without reminders.
This is a hybrid role, including a blend of in-office and remote work as designated by the management team.
