Job Description
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, managing accounts, and increasing retention through efficient and empathetic issue resolution. You will work closely with our sales and training teams to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume inbound phone calls to support current customers
- Deflect cancellation requests with a solutions-oriented approach
- Full ownership of existing customers at risk of canceling services
- Address complaints to increase satisfaction and secure renewals or saves
- Achieve client onboarding, retention, and engagement targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience in high-level customer escalations in account management, client relations, hospitality, or tourism. Education, teaching, or tutoring experience is preferred but not required.
