  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is clean and organized.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
