Logistics Coordinator Job Description

Urban One Builders is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies throughout our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize resource allocation.
  • Organize and coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs and estimate material requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Consult with warehouse and production units to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
