As a Portfolio Manager at CB Canada, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing the overall growth and performance of our contracts within assigned client accounts, leading and managing ADGA resources assigned to the portfolio, and overseeing financial management of the portfolio of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Foster strong relationships with assigned clients and ensure a primary point of contact is appointed for client needs within ADGA.
- Resource Management: Manage performance-related matters, ensure incidents are documented, and relay to the appropriate personnel, including Talent Management.
- Financial Management: Oversee and monitor ADGA budgets for assigned programs, communicate financial or project-related variances, and forecast potential financial issues.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing management role on a program or project.
- College degree or diploma in engineering, computer technology, business administration, or equivalent.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
