Senior Portfolio Manager

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably in project management or finance, with a progressive increase in responsibility related to project scale, complexity, and financial value. A master's degree in business administration or engineering is preferred, but a bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.
Key skills and qualifications include expert-level knowledge of project planning, change management, cost control, risk management, and scheduling. Superior verbal and written communication skills are also essential, including the ability to write formal reports and deliver presentations. Project controls experience on projects or portfolios with values of $300m or greater is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning, estimating, cost control, change management, risk, and scheduling. They will report directly to the Director of Waterfront Delivery and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and governing project management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics that align with Babcock's Project Management Framework.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,360 to $180,540 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
