About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy in Kamsack, SK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective drug therapy to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews and disease state management
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient progress
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer patient questions requiring therapeutic knowledge
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail pharmacy environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
