Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive test strategy for our web and mobile-based products. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts, performing manual and automated testing, and collaborating with development teams to resolve defects. If you have a strong background in software testing, a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in web application testing, we encourage you to apply. You will be expected to have strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies, as well as experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or Cypress. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential. As a leader in our QA team, you will be responsible for mentoring and training junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA process.
