Job Summary: As a key member of the BEST STAY INN team, the Motel Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel facilities. This includes assisting guests with special needs, coordinating work, hiring and training staff, requisitioning materials, and responding to complaints and questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with special needs
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Respond to guest complaints
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Order supplies and equipment

Additional Support:

  • Support newcomers and refugees with immediate settlement needs and social/labour market integration
  • Recruit displaced individuals and support foreign credential recognition
  • Support youth employment through on-the-job training and awareness training
  • Support Indigenous people through cultural competency training and Elders support

Work Details:
