Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Big Bite Samosa Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the food service department.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus.
  • Excellent oral communication.
