Carpentry Foreman

We are a family-owned construction management and design-build contractor based in London, Ontario, specializing in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects. We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Foreman to lead our carpentry crew in performing general carpentry jobs such as wood framing, steel stud framing, drywall boarding, siding, and demolition. The ideal candidate will have experience in most or all of these tasks and be able to lead a small field team efficiently and safely.

• Lead carpentry crew professionally, efficiently, and safely.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specs.
• Ensure crew is clocking in and out using the time tracking app.
• Complete daily journal entries.
• Continually help improve company systems and efficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Endurance and ability to navigate job sites, including ladders and stairs.
• Can bend, squat, reach, and physically lift 50 lbs.
