Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble wood products to exacting standards, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Inspect products for conformance to quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Record information on products inspected, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in woodworking or a related field, with a strong understanding of wood products and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and physical stamina, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
