This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior HSE Engineer in the oil and gas industry. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental performance across our operations in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, standards, and practices.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard analyses to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop effective controls to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs, including training and awareness initiatives, to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of our operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our safety and environmental performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental science, or a related field, with a strong background in occupational health and safety.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related safety or operational role, preferably in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective health and safety training, and experience in developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks, and to develop effective solutions to complex safety and environmental challenges.
