Job Title: Application Technologist

At FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Technologist to join our team. As an Application Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 2D drawings of our custom products with accuracy and efficiency
  • Check drawings for conformance to standards and design requirements
  • Explain technical concepts to our customers in an easy-to-understand format
  • Maintain files and records of all drawings in our systems
  • Maintain and update existing templates
  • Create draft analysis reports along with tables and charts
  • Perform other related duties
Qualifications & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • Sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel to domestic and international job-sites
  • Knowledge of P&ID and refrigeration schematic would be preferred but not required
