About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team at Netsmart Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Coordinate access and use of computer networks, install software, and maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures, and perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, and set up local area networks and connections to the Internet.
  • Technical Support: Provide problem-solving services to network users, and respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers.
