Job Title: Cleaner Operations Manager


This role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, training new hires, and fostering a positive company culture. You will be responsible for maintaining common areas, washrooms, and ensuring the building looks clean and presentable at all times.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise daily cleaning duties of light and heavy-duty custodians
  • Train new staff members and promote BEST's company culture, mission, and values
  • Maintain open communication with Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager regarding staffing issues, safety, supplies, and other business concerns
  • Facilitate staff meetings to implement policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Maintain and secure storage areas and cleaning equipment/supplies to ensure staff and public safety
  • Perform light and heavy-duty cleaning responsibilities, including floor maintenance
  • Perform minor equipment repairs and report vandalism
  • Report equipment repairs and stock shortages
  • Other duties as required by business needs

Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset;
  • Ability to pass a Canadian background check

Salary Estimate:


The estimated annual salary for this role is $39,480 - $48,600, based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
