About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Grill Expert to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Grill Expert, you will be responsible for preparing our delicious meals on the grill, including proteins, vegetables, noodles, and other products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble recipes for meal preparations.
  • Grill proteins, vegetables, noodles, and other products to perfection.
  • Pride yourself on meal presentation and package food for dine-in and take-out.
  • Regularly clean and maintain the work area, including the prep area, kitchen, grill, and tools.
  • Continuously learn and maintain knowledge of food safety, recipe preparation, and kitchen equipment.
  • Make excellent decisions under pressure to positively impact the guest experience.
  • Replenish stock for both front and back end.
