We are seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint / Power Platform Specialist to join our team at Power H2. As a key member of our ICT Department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft SharePoint solutions to enhance team collaboration, improve business processes, and document management.
Key Responsibilities- Gather requirements and design, develop, and implement Microsoft SharePoint solutions to enhance team collaboration and improve business processes.
- Advise on business process improvements to work efficiently with SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365.
- Analyse existing data and systems and advise on efficient information management.
- Customize and optimize Power Platform applications to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for SharePoint and Power Platform users.
- Continuously improve and drive new initiatives built on the SharePoint Online environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft SharePoint/Power Platform Specialist.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft M365. Knowledge on Power BI is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in both a dynamic and international environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work with deadlines, proactive, can-do attitude, and ambitious.
- A full-time/40 hours per week position within an international environment.
- Besides a competitive salary, you will receive a 13th month, holiday allowance, and travel allowance.
