Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Utilize your expertise to deliver excellent nursing care to our patients, ensuring their physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs are met.
  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure their optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Manage Medications and Supplies: Safely manage medications and supplies, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Active Registration: Be actively registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work flexible shift times, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate a high level of reliability and commitment to ensuring patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compliance: Be in compliance with RhynoCare's shift acceptance/cancellation policy.
