Job Overview

Kumon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing environment that fosters the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, or volunteers in their daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement programs that promote the overall well-being of children.
  • Lead discussions on child progress and challenges at regular staff meetings.
  • Establish guidelines for behavior and ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues and community service providers.
Required Qualifications
  • Educational background in early childhood education.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) an asset.
