About the Job:

Tritan Inc. is seeking a skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team. As an Exterior Cladding Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior cladding systems on buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Perform restorative work on exterior surfaces
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolds and other platforms
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
  • Clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in the trade
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
