About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team at SOL Systems Inc. as a Curriculum Planner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to inform curriculum development and evaluation
  • Develop and implement curriculum structures and frameworks
  • Supervise and mentor education policy researchers and consultants
  • Produce high-quality reports and analysis on curriculum programs
  • Stay up-to-date with education policies and programs, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct statistical analyses to determine the effectiveness of education policies and programs
  • Design and develop teaching materials and resources for program delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to revise and improve educational programs
  • Assist in the development of educational products and services
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in curriculum development and evaluation
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and mentoring experience
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment
  • Fluency in English
