About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Baba Purandas Homes Ltd. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to crop handling and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Handling: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Crop Maintenance: Fertilize and spray crops to prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and quantity.
Work Environment

As a Laborer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently, and you will need to be able to stand for long periods. You will also need to be able to walk and sit occasionally.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
