About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at Cook's Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food quantities, restock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that all food and beverages are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
