We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to drive our financial growth and strategic development.

Job Summary

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing our financial operations, managing budgets, and developing strategies to ensure our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement business policies and programs, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization, formulate policies, and approve programs that align with our overall strategy.
  • Represent IBD Constructions in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, providing them with necessary authority and support.
  • Establish and maintain robust financial and administrative controls, promote campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced education preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial management software and systems.
