The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of carpentry experience or participation in a carpentry apprenticeship, with a strong focus on detail-oriented work and effective communication skills. They will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to read blueprints.

In this position, you will perform various tasks including pre-backfill, framing, and mechanical inspections, as well as use levels, rulers, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment. You will also liaise with municipal officials for code compliance and educate contractors on Brookfield's Best Practices and quality techniques.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to our reputation for excellence by performing quality control checks and documenting any deficiencies. You will also work from blueprints and instructions from managers, select materials, and use hand and power tools to complete tasks such as layout, grading, and installing walls, floors, and roofs.

Additionally, you will support various construction operations, audit installed materials, and participate in the Brookfield Safety Program. Conducting safety inspections and ensuring safe site conditions are also essential responsibilities.
