Job Summary

The Support Worker - Bilingual will provide support to individuals in the Community Residential Program at St. Amant. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and facilitating community participation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Promote independence and self-determination
  • Facilitate community participation and integration
  • Provide support with medication administration and medical appointments
  • Assist with household chores and maintenance
Requirements
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and driver's abstract
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to work well with others and adapt to changing situations
