">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Permit Holder to join our team in Whitehorse, YT. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing archaeological projects and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
">The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Archaeology or Anthropology and have extensive experience in project management, communication, and organizational skills.
">Key Responsibilities

- Hold Class 2 archaeological permits in the Yukon.">
- Manage archaeological projects and assist in planning and coordinating field work.">
- Conduct field assessments in various locations.">
- Travel for work and accommodations in remote locations as required.">
- Communicate with clients regarding project schedules, work progress, budgets, and reporting.">
- Develop a work plan to successfully complete projects.">
- Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and to the desired quality level.">
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a team environment.">
- Promote a strong safety culture and work collaboratively within Ecofor's corporate culture.">
Requirements

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Archaeology or Anthropology.">
- Extensive experience in project management.">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
- Experience working with First Nations communities and other stakeholders.">
- Familiarity with field equipment and operating various vehicles.">
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.">
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions to project teams.">
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust to a fluid schedule.">
